What to expect in Hot Yoga
Alot of people are put off by the idea of Hot Yoga; they immediately think it might be too hard and that they won’t cope or will even dislike the heat. But that is not the case, Hot Yoga is for beginners too, be guided to take it easy, work at your own pace and listen to your body. Some aspects of the weekly classes are repetitive and part of a set sequence but this offers many advantages including being able to challenge your body in the same way every week and also focus on any improvement striving to develop your own level of flexibility.
